Chapter 10

He left early the next morning after waking her up and making love to her. Adele was exhausted but in a very pleasant way. The weekend had been magical, something that would stay with her as long as she lived. She refused to examine her innermost feelings, not wanting to figure out what was happening to her. Jung-Woo had stripped the layers away from her and now she was vulnerable. She was pregnant with his baby and the man had managed to pull some sort of emotion from her. It wasn't just the lovemaking which had laid bare all those churning passion and heat. But it was the man himself, this mysterious handsome stranger that she knew nothing about except what she'd read online. His passion and possession of her scared her to no end and when he'd told her that he had every intention of marrying his own kind it had broken something in her. Not that she wanted him to marry her! But the way he made her feel and the fact that he'd told her that he would be with her, no matter who he was with, was something she wasn't sure she could deal with. The thought of him being with another woman had her seeing red and it frightened her.

He caught her as he reached the door and pulled her into his arms. “I'll see you tonight.”

“I'll be working late.” She was lightheaded from not getting enough sleep and her body felt limbless but the minute he touched her, she realized that she wanted him again, which was crazy!

“It doesn't matter. I'll wait until you close up.” He trailed a finger down one cheek and traced the outline of her full bottom lip. “I'm exhausted because of you.” A faint smile touched his sensuous lips.

“You were the one who kept me up almost the entire weekend.” She sank into his arms and wound her arms around his neck. She'd dragged on a thin robe over her nakedness and her could feel the lushness of her curves against his hands. “We kept each other up,” he corrected her as he eased the robe off her shoulders.

“Jung-Woo—“ She let out a gasp as he bit the side of her neck, sending shivers along her spine. “We cannot keep this up.”

“Says who?” he pushed the robe off her and cupped her breasts, bending his head to suckle at her nipple. He was frustrated at the lack of control where she was concerned and his inability to keep his hands off her. He'd told her he had every intention of marrying someone from his own culture but the thought of being with anyone else turned his stomach. He had no idea what he was going to do!

Adele curled her hands into his jacket and gave in to the heat spiraling through her body! He reached between them to pull his zipper down and release his aching erection, backing her against the wall and lifting her up against him.
